Celebrating success in Community Broadband!
The Community Broadband Network, supported by Yorkshire Forward held a one day event in Harrogate. Over 70 people attended from Community Broadband Networks across the country, suppliers and the public sector and voluntary organisations. The picture (above) shows Malcolm Corbett and Helen Anderson preparing for the presentations.
During the conference participants heard from leading regional and national community broadband champions about experiences so far, and about new opportunities for providing applications over community networks and greater community involvement.
