bpc3Brian Condon has over 15 years experience as a consultant and business developer. His work includes negotiating joint ventures in Ukraine, scenario planning for business and government at PA Consulting Group and leading business development activity and client relationships as Managing Director of Close Brothers Corporate Finance. In 2003, he founded Complexity Group. He now works across the private and public sectors problem-solving and advising on decision-making in complex environments. He specialises in strategy formulation and implementation and in resolving the dilemmas inherent in making strategy work in human terms. He has a PhD in Physics from the University of St Andrews, Fife, Scotland.
