He has provided strategy advice to companies in a broad range of industries in North America and Europe. Most recently he has concentrated on work with Higher Education Institutions: This has included working with the Russell Group on a comprehensive review of technology transfer practices in the UK, US and Israel and numerous reviews of commercial and collaboration strategy for leading UK universities.
Thias has an MA in English from the University of Cambridge, an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
